Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Service Authorization
By requesting diagnostic dispatch or plumbing repair services from Local Plumbing Master, property owners or authorized representatives grant permission for technicians to access designated plumbing fixtures, water supply lines, drainage stacks, and sewer connections for diagnostic testing and mechanical restoration.
2. Property Access and Utility Shutoffs
The customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to relevant work areas, including the primary water shutoff valve, utility meter, water heaters, cleanouts, and affected fixtures. If utility shutoffs are seized or inoperable, technicians will discuss necessary isolation measures before proceeding.
3. Diagnostic Evaluations & Written Estimates
Technicians perform initial pressure testing, thermal imaging, acoustic tracing, or video pipe inspections to diagnose plumbing failures. An itemized written estimate is presented before non-emergency structural repairs or component replacements begin.
4. Concealed Plumbing Conditions
Piping systems routed beneath concrete slabs, within structural ceilings, or behind finished drywall may require physical access apertures. Any exploratory drywall or slab cuts are coordinated with and approved by the property owner prior to excavation.
5. Cancellations & Inquiries
To cancel or reschedule a dispatch window, please notify our team as soon as possible so technician routes may be reassigned. For billing or service agreement inquiries, contact our dispatch office at 877-658-7816 or email contact@localplumbingrepairmaster.com.
